Meet Tanya Pyasetska, M.A., RCC
I am a trauma-informed, attachment-based therapist who works collaboratively with individuals and couples to support healing, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful change. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including EFT, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, while remaining tailored to each client's unique experiences, relationships, and goals.
I support clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, grief, emotional regulation, communication difficulties, relationship conflict, chronic stress, and life transitions with compassion and practical strategies. My work is grounded in a neuro-affirming, client-centred, and holistic perspective that values authenticity, resilience, and connection. I graduated in 2011 with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, hold RCC registration, and bring over 15 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
